Attorneys are expensive ($300-$400 per hour) to talk to and are not equipped to adequately help you through the personal issues regarding your divorce.

Some people will also have a therapist. The problem is most therapists don’t under the court system and often get their clients deeper into the mess. That is a $200.00 savings of the regular $150.00 per hour coaching fee and less than most attorneys charge for 1 hour of their time.

1 hour Divorce Mediation Consultation, $150.00 (Free should you choose to use us for your mediation). Mediation is a cost-effective solution to divorce that will help you find ways to complete the divorce process without having other people make the decisions that will affect you and your children for the rest of your lives. The family court system has guidelines that they use to make decisions and they rarely have the resources and proper information to make the type of decisions you and your soon to be ex-spouse or partner can make that reflect the needs of your families. We are High Conflict Specialists that, in many cases, have succeeded where others have failed.
Most divorces regarding custody disputes cost an average of $30,000 +. We can have your divorce and parenting plan completed at a fraction of the cost and in a fraction of the time.
Find a cost-effective solution. The consultation will include a full overview of what you can expect from the mediation process as well as a chance for you to ask questions.

Court preparation. ($150.00 per hour) You don’t want to go into Family Court Mediation or in front of a judge unprepared – just ask anyone who has tried. The stories will convince you to hire someone for this service. We can help you set a strategy that will help you present to the court in a manner that will best serve you and keep you from shooting yourself in the foot. We will give you ideas of how best to present your case regarding a parenting plan that will be better received by the court and more likely to get you closer to what you are looking for. This preparation usually takes 2 to 3 visits of 1 to 1.5 hours each.
