We are very excited that you have expressed interest in High Conflict Diversion Program™.  The High Conflict Diversion Program™ was founded by Brook Olsen in 2006 as a resource for assisting parents in high conflict divorce with strategies to help them reduce the conflict in their custody issues and to educate therapists, attorneys and family court professionals in alternative ways to deal with high conflict divorce. The program, currently in San Diego County, is both court-ordered and non-court ordered in which parents in high conflict custody battles attend.

The High Conflict Diversion Program is committed to educating the family courts, family court professionals and parenting educators throughout the country about high conflict divorce through leading edge strategies for changing how parents deal with this difficult situation.

We are offering a four day workshop where we will be teaching cutting edge knowledge to become a certified High Conflict Coach and High Conflict Diversion Program™ Instructor.

This training is being offered in a 2+2 format. The first two days will constitute intensive training that will give the Professionals working with high conflict divorce and custody issues the tools needed to recognize, understand and manage these highly challenging cases. The first 2 days can be taken alone and attendees will receive a Certification as a High Conflict Coach.

If you decide to become a Certified High Conflict Diversion Program™ Instructor you will continue on the take the second 2 days of the training. The second two days will give you the information, tools, materials and resources you will need to teach the High Conflict Diversion Program™ parenting course as well as the distinction of being a Certified High Conflict Diversion™ Instructor. This Program is already recognized in many counties in California, Florida, Colorado,  and Puerto Rico and continues to grow in recognition through out the US and Canada. The first two days must be taken as a prerequisite.

This workshop is offered to mental health professionals, attorneys, parenting educators and family court professionals and by interview to other professional wanting to teach this work.

We understand that your time and money are very important and realize the current economic situation makes investing in this education difficult so we have reduced the cost of this training to $1699 for the 4 day training. That is a reduction in the original cost of $300.00.

If you choose to take the first 2 days only the cost will be $779.00 and if you choose to take the second 2 days of the instructor training the cost will be an additional $1120.00.

Addition discounts for early enrollment and payment in full are as follows:

Early enrollment and payment in full 30 days prior to the training is $1549.00 for the full 4 day or $679.oo for the first 2 days and $1020.00 if you choose the second two day of the instructor training.

There will be a minimum of 10 attendees for each training if the minimum of attending isn’t met your deposit will be held to the next training or if you prefer returned.

Each Instructor will be required to pay a simple franchise fee consisting of $50.00 for each person completing the HCDP classes. This does not include any coaching or other consulting you do using the HCDP concepts.

Each Instructor will be required to attend an annual, one day continuing education web conference each year in order to maintain there certification as a HCDP instructor. ($299) Includes re-certification fee ($250.00 for current RCB Instructors).
