About Me
Originally from outside Philidelphia PA, moved to Manatee County in 2003. Married in 2007 to my fiance of 10 years. 5 wonderful children in a blended yours, mine & ours family, born in '91, '99, '05, '06, '09. I earned my B.S. In Psychology from NOVA Southeastern University in '06 and went on to pursue my M.S. In mental health counseling with an emphasis in substance abuse. I have worked in the human services field since arriving in FL, first as a preschool teacher and director, then as a case manager for foster children. I became certified by INCAF to teach Redirecting Childrens Behavior in fall '08, and High Conflict in spring '09. I am also a certified life coach. I desire to remain active in my community by continuing to educate and serve as a liason between individuals as well as families in need and the appropriate community resources.
