Free Tele-Seminar For Professionals

Working with divorcing parents or parents in custody disputes can be extremely difficult. The cause of the high conflict cycle with this population is, to a great degree, misunderstood and frequently mismanaged. The default statement that “parents need to get along for the sake of the children” doesn’t take into account the fact that some of these parents are not capable, not because they refuse or they are stubborn, but because the wiring in their brain is disordered or they have a substance abuse problem that gets in the way.

On September 7, 2010 at 12pm Pacific time, Brook Olsen will present a 1 hour free tele-seminar for attorneys, judges, mediators, therapists and parenting educators interested in learning more about managing high conflict divorces. Give the level of interest shown for the August 18th we are offering it again.

This tele-seminar presents an overview of the features of the high conflict couple in divorce and highlights of the strategies available to redirect the fight into positive parenting approaches for the children. When participating in the free Tele-seminar program, you become eligible to  receive a 15% discount for the three-hour High Conflict luncheon workshop (BBS CEUs available) offered in Laguna Beach on October 1st.
